- You can email us your photo-after you receive an email confirmation from us of your order, simply click "reply" to the email and attach your photo.
- You can mail us your photo along with a copy of your email confirmation to:

- Photos received by mail will be returned with your order.
- Mailed photos should be no less than 6" x 4" in size.
- Electronic photo files should be no less than 300 dpi and 4" x 6" in size. A high resolution JPEG format is preferable.
We will ship your crystal by mail within 3-5 days of receiving your image.
